I’d say it was just an off day if it wasn’t a reoccurring issue having orders messed up from this location but today was the straw that broke the camels back. Had plastic like material in the mashed potatoes, some pieces of silver that looked metallic on the tenders and biscuits, like a foil or something or a coating to a pan/ tray. And to top it off they forgot half the protein and made me wait for wedges for them to be under done while there wasn’t a soul in the drive through or store. Should’ve let that be my warning Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I haven't been to KFC since I don't know when. I was in Africa at the end of the month of April 2026 and they had a KFC over there in Kenya. I tried itac suprisely, it tasted just like at home from what I remembered. So when I came home I went to KFC in Amelia Oh on my lunch break and the cashier there i think his name was Steve was one of the most polite, positive, ambitious person I have seen in awhile at fast food restaurant. His customer service was great, and after experiencing dining that day, I went back 2 days later but he wasn't there. But I told the rest of the staff about him and they were pretty cool too. So shootout to KFC in Amelia Ohio 3787 Waterford Parkway. I'm sure the culture starts at the top so you guys keep on doing what your doing. And may the Lord favour be you guys portion. Long wait times on pot pies, 20 minutes, then they gave one of my 3 to another customer, said I'd have to wait another 20 minutes. I got a refund instead and went two doors east to Dairy Queen instead. I've had poor service at this location several times before. Sometimes it's good, mostly not, chaotic and poorly managed location.
