Just like any other KFC outlet in Kazakhstan, this one is also very good well-made easy to order. The problem is with the communication staff over here does not know English at all, and that is the problem whenever you come into a country as a foreigner to communicate with someone about food and this is a very big problem, other than that, everything was fine. Food was good. I believe communication could be improved. Rest was amazing. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
