I had a very disappointing experience at KFC involving the co-manager, Tori. While taking my order, she appeared very dismissive and was focused on her phone instead of providing proper customer service. After completing my order, she immediately began helping another customer without giving me my receipt or properly finishing the transaction with me. The interaction felt unprofessional and made me feel ignored as a customer. I believe employees, especially management, should give customers their full attention and handle orders respectfully and correctly. I hope this issue is addressed to improve customer service in the future... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
