Will never return here waiting 30 plus mins for my order is just ignorant. They need to shut it down immediately I will be in contact with corporate to make sure this location gets the proper adjustments it needs. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My suggestion would be for no one to ever come to this kfc. Today made the 4th week I've went to this location for the $10Tuesday special, today was the first I was able to place an order. OK 10pcs special, I was told chicken just came out 3-5 minutes to drain, I'll bring it out. After a 15-minute wait I went inside. The lady looked as she's never seen me before and now tells me chicken is cooking. I asked about the chicken in the warmer & what she just boxed up. Mine you a very unsanitary looking guy was walking around the kitchen,looking into this & that. Needless to say I asked for a refund & have no plans to ever going back. This kfc should have been closed & The Bouldercrest Rd Hardee's remained open. If I could have given a negative score I would have. kfc do better... This KFC needs corporate intervention. This location has way too many issues. Either they are out of fries, chicken, card reader down, or some other excuse! Friday, April 17, I pulled up to the drive thru and a gentleman came on the intercom and said I had to come in to place an order. I pulled off! If you can answer the intercom to say make the statement, you can take my order. Next day, April 18th, I can place an order at the drive thru, however out of fries. Why wasn’t that stated at the time of taking my order. The staff is horrible, the cleanliness is poor, and corporate needs to step-in to get this location back in order.
