I had a great experience at KFC thanks to Dawanna's outstanding customer service. There was a small wait for the nuggets, but she kept me informed, remained friendly, and handled the situation professionally. Her positive attitude and willingness to make sure I had a good experience turned what could have been an inconvenience into a pleasant visit. It's always nice to see employees who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you, Dawanna, for your excellent service! Both times I've ordered here (thru DoorDash) recently (and one time a few years back) they have stated they were out of chicken thighs. They make the Dasher wait at least 25-30 minutes after arriving. DoorDash always has to call me which they never have to do for any other restaurant I've ordered from. Just take this restaurant off of DoorDash. Simple Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
