I had an unfortunate experience at this KFC while picking up an Uber Eats order. I initially went through the drive-thru and was told I needed to come inside for the pickup, which was completely fine. What was disappointing was the way the manager interacted with both me and an employee. While the employee was politely explaining the situation, the manager interrupted him in a rude and dismissive manner. After I went inside, I witnessed her continuing to belittle and micromanage him in front of customers. It was uncomfortable to watch, and I felt bad for the employee, who was simply trying to do his job. Everyone has stressful days, but employees deserve to be treated with respect, especially in front of customers. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more positive and respectful work environment. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This KFC location (1700 W Parmer Ln, Austin, TX 78727) is honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. If you value basic hygiene and customer respect — stay away. First of all, the place is DIRTY. Tables are not cleaned, the floors look like they haven't been mopped in days, and the overall environment feels neglected and unhygienic. Second, the staff clearly does not care about customers at all. They work at their own pace, ignore you, and make you feel like you're bothering them just by being there. Zero customer service skills. Zero professionalism. Third — and most importantly — management is completely absent. There is no supervision, no standards being enforced, no one making sure the food quality or cleanliness meets even the minimum requirements. This location needs either a complete overhaul — new management, new staff training, deep cleaning from floor to ceiling — or it needs to be shut down entirely. A 3.3 rating says it all. Corporate KFC should seriously investigate this location before more customers are driven away. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Omg... just walked out. Nobody in line in store or drive thru. Food stacked and prepared. 1 person in back on her phone while cleaning something, Looked at us then turned away. Not one person came to counter to assist us. Heard voices in the office but not one person came to work today. Following the managers example here... not a good idea. Service: 1
