I visited the store three times with high hopes, but as others have written, it seems like this store is on a different level. Since it's a shopping mall, they probably expected a lot of customers to come to the store, but the food was way too pre-prepared and no matter what I ate, it was either cold or a little lukewarm. The buns were limp and the chicken was sticky. I went to the store this morning just before it opened, but it was still the same. I think it would be better to improve this as it could have a negative impact on other KFCs.
