Asked for two famous bowls with out corn due to health reasons. They put it in anyways. Called spoke to a “manager” said he would only exchange same day because my receipt didn’t say no corn. Every time I give them chance to do good my order gets messed up! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: They ignore dietary needs!!

I went inside, nobody in line, just me. Lady with the tattoos and sleeves rool up was on her phone. There was a guy taking care of the drive through and he was busy, while the line inside grew to 4 groups waiting to be taken care of. My combo barely had fries and I was afraid to even ask for more. I waited over 5 minutes to get my order taken. Either they’re understaffed or need some re-training . Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a great experience at this KFC location during lunchtime. I was greeted immediately and assisted within a minute. My order was placed and paid for, and my food was already ready by the time I headed to the restroom. The food was hot and tasted great, and the restroom was clean and in excellent condition. Thank you to the crew for an efficient and pleasant experience. When a restaurant does a great job, I believe it is important to recognize it—just as I would provide feedback when things fall short.
