I had a very disappointing experience at the KFC Elmlər Akademiyası branch. My order took far too long to prepare. What made it more frustrating was that the screen showed my order as “ready,” but when I went to collect it, it was still not actually ready. I had to wait another 5–7 minutes after that. When I finally received the order and checked it, I noticed that at least two items were missing, including chicken and a drink. Instead of simply apologizing and fixing the issue professionally, the staff reacted in a very rude and careless manner, almost as if I was the one causing the problem. I understand that delays can happen, especially during busy hours, but inaccurate order updates, missing items, and rude customer service are not acceptable. I hope the branch management pays more attention to staff attitude, order accuracy, and overall customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression.
