Drive thru order took forever to serve. Told me to park we bring you food but didn't after 20 min wait I walk in and the guy said you have to come in. Why you guys have drive thru. No napkins in the bag. Guy didn't give me reciept. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. My order was missing items, and the order itself was incorrect. I was offered the opportunity to substitute certain items, which I did take advantage of, but after getting home I realized that items were still missing. On top of that, the food was already cold after just a 10-minute drive home, which was very frustrating. I tried calling the store several times to resolve the issue, but no one answered, and the voicemail box was full. This was a very poor experience, and I would definitely not recommend this location based on my visit. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

After a long time, decided to try KFC and ordered the Wings & Wedges Box. Received my order without any delays and was impressed with the quality of the food and service in store. The wings tasted great while the nuggets were ok. The only letdowns were not getting the 4 biscuits which I wasn’t able to check while receiving at the store and not getting the food packaged in a box as advertised.But other than that, everything went well and would return again making sure to check the accuracy of the order being received to us. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
