I usually don't have any issues with KFC here, but today ordered takeaway via a delivery service and the bun with Mt chicken burger was old and stale and has ruined my meal before going to work.

None of the staff bothered with face masks. One had a disability exception but the others didn’t. I waited 15 mins to be told they’d given the order to someone else. Not a trace of an apology! ???
