Bad attitude then purposely tried to short me on my chicken wings. Said it was made fresh to order and when I went back in they magically had my other pieces sitting right there already cooked. Also took 20 minutes to cook with nobody in the drive thru. Terrible workers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible experience. Put in a pre-order, arrived about 10 minutes after the pick up time, and was told they didn’t have any chicken ready and it would be about 10 more minutes. Okay no big deal. I Waited in the assigned parking lot for more than 25 minutes, and my order still wasn’t brought out to me (as promised). Went in to check on it, and the woman at the counter gave me attitude about “I told you it would be 10 minutes before we had any chicken”. I told her that it had been 25 minutes and so she called back to kitchen who, told her my food had been waiting on the carry out rack. She tossed the bag at me and walked away. No apology, so thank you or anything. This was the worse in a line of poor KFC experiences. Next time I’ll just go to Publix.
