Once again we ordered online from the KFC Birchleigh South branch only to arrive and be turned away. There was no interest shown by the staff to find our order, we were just told that they did not have it and we must go to the KFC Birchleigh North branch. We went to KFC Birchleigh North and were immediately assisted by the staff who called customer services and tracked down the order to...yes...KFC Birchleigh South. The staff at KFC N insisted on filling our order to spare us from bouncing between the two branches. They were so helpful and professional, excellent customer service and I will most definitely support them in the future. Thank you ladies at KFC N. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
