ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Shame on you. Mashed Potatoes, nothing more than literally watered down potato soup. Asked for 2 breast xtra crispy, after 29 minutes waiting, I was told they only had regular recipe. Asked why I couldn't have xtra crispy and was simply told I'll have to wait. Uhmmm... I already waited. You dropped the ball on my order not me. French fries were soggy as a set noodle and the 2 chick breast I got were soggy and tasteless. Mac and cheese... yup, cold. $29.00. Absolute thieves. Yeah, i could have returned it. But 10 minutes there, 29 minutes waiting, 10 minutes home. They stole enough of my time and money. Shame on you. And the counter person couldn't of cared less. Final note: Obviously KFC could care less, as the company doesn't respond to reviews. Placed an online order, got to KFC and the app said order was ready waited over 30 mins before they got the order done then the girl tried to put her hands on the actual food in the box to confirm there were no sauces in the box, we were not the only ones waiting over 30 mins to receive our order.
