After putting in my order from the drive through I was asked to wait in the parking lot. I waited 15 minutes before going in and asking for an update. Turns out the couldn't find my red van in their parking lot that I had running with my windows open.

Been going to KFC for years with my family. Always loved it. Except today, April 11 at 1:00, at this place. This particular restaurant wouldn’t take my order. They wanted me to use some machine to order. I couldn’t figure out how to use it so I asked for assistance. I was told I would have to figure it out. I tried. I asked nicely again for assistance to order through the machine. They weren’t going to have that. And they wouldn’t take my order at the counter. All I wanted to do was order some chicken meals for my family. They wouldn’t have it, because I couldn’t figure out the machine. So I went to Big Guys burgers and fries. Never coming back there again with such horrid service. You can keep your hellish machine to yourself. Meal type: Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
