Put in an order at 18:37 tonight for my self, my husband and kids. Only the childrens food was delivered at almost 20:00. I queried and was told that the driver would return. I phoned again just before 9 to be told that they'll phone the driver to find out where he is and get back to me(which did not happen) . I just got of the phone now with "Stephen" saying: Sorry mam, driver went home." Really? Our dinner down the drain at this time of night, after being told that it was on it's way? There should be a NO service option when rating the establishment.

The two ladies cashier they really have bad attitude and i already told a guy who work as a cashier tht nust tell his manager to keep him in the front kfc doesn't have mistry shopper those ladies must sit home if they cant handle us i buy my breakfast there always when m going to northam...i'm the truck driver those ladies needs training serious
