I visited KFC today and had a very unpleasant experience. When I entered the restaurant, none of the employees greeted me or even asked what I wanted to order. I had to speak up and place my order myself. The employee who took my order was extremely rude and barely said a word to me. The whole interaction felt disrespectful and unprofessional. I was very disappointed with the customer service and felt uncomfortable during my visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Order accuracy, order accuracy, order accuracy This store is lacking in the order accuracy department. Double or triple check every order before you leave, because they’re almost guaranteed to miss a side or sauce that you PAID for. Or better yet, go to Zaxby’s instead. While I waited in the drive-through with no vehicles ahead of me, the woman on the intercom requested that I come inside the restaurant due to being short-staffed and busy. However, upon entering, I noticed only two people inside. I’m puzzled about what they were so busy with, as it certainly wasn’t preparing chicken. In all my experiences, I’ve never had someone at the drive-through request that from me. It’s disappointing to see the quality of fast food in Buford decline, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
