I ordered the spicy chicken combo, it was good but dry. The outlet was empty yet needs lot of cleaning. Staff were friendly but the order took 24 minutes to be ready. Overall the experience was acceptable Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Whenever we come to this KFC branch to pick up an order, it always takes an unusually long time. Even for online orders, it takes around 30 to 50 minutes, which is very frustrating. In other branches, orders are usually completed within 10–20 minutes. It is unclear why this branch is so slow. During iftar time, the delay becomes even worse. This level of service is not acceptable. Kindly look into this matter seriously.
