Its been a while i didnt go to kfc.. I was finding option for food at late nite so i googled & it stated open till 2 am..so i ordered 1 dinner plate and 1 zinger burger..after few minutes the cashier told me i have to wait for 6 minutes for the chicken.. So i said ok since we already ordered..then i heard one girl muttering said that we dont have common sense to think I thought i wrongly heard.. But while we waited the food i heard lousy throwing metal item noises means the girl showing tantrum..im really shocked bout the unprofessional attitude.. after a while we collected our order and checked the time it was 1 AM.. Cause we thought maybe its too late its our fault we felt bad..For me its simple if u dont want the order please cancel it or said to customer its not available instead of showing disrespect attitude to customer..the zinger we received also very poor quality not match with the price we paid cause the fillet was too thin not as usual..Please improved or u will lose a lot of customer on this branch with this kind of attitude thank you..
