If there's zero, I would've scored it zero. They should remove the drive thru because no one is in charge of it. They only have a few staff working. Price per person: ₱1–500

Could not be any slower. Can't really say if they're really understaffed or they just don't know how to delegate tasks within the staff. Had to wait an hour for 3 meals. Same experience with ordering from them thru panda/grab. Definitely NOT the rider's fault, was in constant communication with them. Not worth it. Go to another KFC. Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
