The manager at this kfc at 16:53 Friday 22nd May on talks to their staff like they are worthless. Sitting here being able to listen to him patronise his staff is hurtful being an outsider listening in. It’s no way to manage your staff and only makes their job MORE stressful than it needs to be. Rest of the staff are efficient and get the food out quickly and were polite and a pleasure to be served by. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Stay away from this KFC!!!! It does not deserve any stars! We ordered a 10 pc chicken bucket and the bucket had a burnt cigarette at the bottom of it! We had to drive all the way back to the KFC to complain because their contact number does not work! Worst KFC I have ever been to. Manager did not even apologise straight away. Thankfully we were given a refund. We will never be ordering KFC again! Price per person: £10–20
