I’m tired of going to this KFC, ordering for pickup on the app and NEVER getting my sauces unless I specifically ask them to put it in the bag. I’m not coming to KFC and getting 8 tenders so I can eat them dry. Update: 07-09-2026 The staff seem extremely rude - maybe it’s from getting a negative review but the gentleman who’s always working the drive thru is extremely aggressive and rude. He slammed the drive through window and was overall dismissive. I understand it can be hard getting negative feedback but respect should still be given to your customers Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love fried chicken but have had more bad experiences here than good. They are out of dark meat usually about an hour and a half to two hours before close, and it usually takes several minutes for someone to notice you at the counter since there’s a giant wall blocking you from the back, so until a drive through order comes through and they get close enough to see you you’re just waiting unless you want to yell into the back to get someone’s attention. This is a major design flaw that I can’t understand; if you’re going to make it impossible to see customers walk in, at least have a ding when the door opens, or a bell or something on the counter? If you ask for a free water cup make sure they don’t charge you for a $3 drink instead. Gotta get in early on Wednesday if you want chicken fried steak because they run out of that even earlier than dark meat chicken. And if you place an app order and they don’t have it in stock, you can’t easily cancel on the app, you have to call a phone number to cancel the order. They make it as cumbersome as possible. But if you manage to get noticed at the counter and they happen to actually have what you want, it does usually taste good, which is why I’ve given them so many chances. But honestly not sure it’s worth the hassle when Popeye’s is literally across the street. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

No on KFC. No service No condiments No customers Stop trying to save your way to success. You literally don’t have salt, pepper, ketchup, sauces, available for customers to get themselves. You must wait for the kids to come from the back and beg for what you need. Glad you saved a few pennies. One and done - I knew this was bad choice.
