It may be a matter of individual differences, but the chicken in the chicken fillet burger was extremely hard. It wasn't hard to chew, but it was extremely tasteless. I've been using more than a dozen KFC stores over the years, but this was the first time I've ever seen anything like this, so I haven't used this store since. Maybe they will take care of it if you complain right away, but it would be much easier to just not use it in the first place and go to another store instead of having to worry about such trouble.
