The customer service is excellent. Everyone has bright and refreshing smiles. But no matter when I go, the original chicken is soggy... I want to eat crunchy KFC. Even though I used both the drive-thru and online ordering and ate the freshly made food right in my car, I was disappointed because the batter was soft. I have to re-bake it at home...
