Went to the Coldwater KFC dinnertime, 2 cars in parking lot, went to the drivethru and NOBODY was there!! We sat there for 5 mins, nobody! Went to pull out and employees were in the parking lot just hangin out!!! Do not go here! Very bad customer service! And the food has gone downhill big time!! Do better KFC! Or just close down like the Wendys did for same reason! Or....start policeing your stores and train your workers better!!!! Service: 1

Horrible!! Potato wedges not edible, dried out hard as a rock. Gravy runny and watered down, hardly any taste. Chicken was meh. Had to go in and fight to get butter and honey they forgot to give me through drive through, then wanted to hand me 1 butter and 1 honey for an eight piece bucket meal.
