BBQ chicken was good. But the rice was below average. Just plan rice with some colours. I didn’t like it.
Restaurant was looking neat and clean. Staff was ok. Overall ok experience.

However, today's (3/9/16) review is not about my dine-in experience, rather my experience of food being delivered, because 90% of the time I get Home delivery from KFC -( at least once a week.)
I ordered 1 No. Spice Rice, 1 No. BBQ Buriyani, 1 No. onion sambol and 1 No. extra gravy. When they deliver BBQ Buriyani we get 1 cup gravy, but since they don't give gravy for Spice Rice I ordered an EXTRA Gravy cup. Order No: 003 cost Rs. 892. Now what is so difficult to understand about this order? In addition to the rice items I should receive 1 cup onion sambol and 2 cups gravy. Unfortunately, after half an hour the order came WITHOUT the EXTRA gravy. I have a right to make an issue of it as I'm paying for the extra gravy. When I called and complained, they took another 40 minutes to deliver the EXTRA gravy that they didn't bring. The sad part is they are not even 10 minutes (1.5 Kms) from my house. Because of them, I had to wait for more than an hour to have my lunch.
This is not the first time they have mucked up the order. EVERY TIME I place a delivery order, they bungle things. The last time 27/8/16, I ordered 1 No. Buriyani (L), 1 No Buriyani (R), and 2 Nos. Chocolate Biscuit puddings. Order No: 026 cost Rs. 777. This time, they brought the rice items but NOT THE CHICKEN. Both the rice parcels came WITHOUT the chicken. When I called to complain, I had to wait for another half an hour to get the missing chicken. Instead of bringing only the chicken, they brought 2 parcels of rice with chicken. Now I had 4 parcels of rice and 2 chicken, with 2 parcels of rice going waste.
Likewise, every time I order, something or the other is not brought. If they can't recruit intelligent people who can read, understand and execute an order, they should close down this place rather than harass their customers.
KFC used to get feedback from their customers in the form of a survey, but now such things no longer exist. They also don't print the telephone number of the outlet delivering the order in the invoice. Even the rider's name is also not mentioned. If KFC is concerned about its customers, they must penalize the fools bungling the orders, so that they won't repeat these mistake ever again.
