The chicken is ok. Nice and crispy, but the spice blend they use is very bland. I miss the old KFC recipes. Biscuits are still alright. Not amazing but if you're craving crispy fried chicken it'll do. This location is very modern and clean. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today (3/5/26) I decided to buy lunch for my co-workers as I've been pumping them up on the famous pot pies. I went online at 743 am and ordered six for pick up at 11am. I arrived at 1105 allowing for an additional five minutes just in case only to be told my prepaid/pre ordered food was not ready. I was told it would be an additional 15 minutes and told I could leave and come back or they could call me when it was ready. As most of us, we have an allotted time for lunch and I decided to wait to get our food. At approximately 1123 (23 minutes after scheduled time) I was given my food. There was no apology but I was offered water while I waited. If you plan on ordering online, be sure to allow for extra time as it doesn't matter if its pre-ordered and pre-paid, it won't be ready at the time requested.
