This place is the worst. The staff is incompetent. Can’t get order right. I have been there 2 times and both times they didn’t have what I ordered. I gave them a second chance thinking it might be a mistake the first time. The staff needs to be fired and place shut down. Avoid avoid avoid.. wish I could give -minus 10 stars. Absolutely terrible service. I went specifically for the Supergirl meal with the special drink. It took 15 minutes to get my food, and another 15 to get the drinks. I had to park and come inside from the drive thru to get my drinks, and I was ignored inside. The line 'cook' told me I was holding up the line when I asked to speak with the manager, meanwhile the woman behind me had been waiting for 10 minutes without getting to place her order. I've worked for Yum brands in the past, and I can 100% guarantee they don't want their staff to treat customers the way I was treated.

I pulled up to drive thru at 6:46p.m ordered 4pc chicken meal. When I pulled up to pay window, I paid and was asked to pull around to the front wait for my order to be brought out. AT 7:10p.m my order was brought out, I looked to make sure my order was correct. The total order all pieces was wrong. I get out of my car go inside let the young lady know the order was totally wrong. She offered to correct the order . I said ok mam I was exhausted, just gotten off work if its going to take another 15min just refund my money. Few moments go by young lady comes back says she dont have any crispy breast this is probablywhy they put thighs in your box. I told the young lady first of all nothing should be substituted until you confirm with the customeris ok with the substitution. By now its 7:14 p.m . I told young lady please just give me my money back. I paid cash, when she tried to give my money back I then had to wait 3 more minutes she had to go to the back to get change. This is everytime I stop at this KFC location either they dont have crispy chicken or my order is incorrect. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
