I visited this KFC on 6/29 at around 8:50 PM. I ordered two drinks in the drive-thru, but after placing my order I realized I forgot to add one more drink. I politely asked if I could add it, but the employee immediately told me I had to drive around and get back in line instead of simply adding it to my order. What made the experience worse was her rude attitude and the way she spoke to me. Good customer service goes a long way, and this interaction left a very negative impression. Ordered their 10 wing bucket online and when I arrived at the store and went through the drive through line, it wasn’t ready. However they were very polite despite being busy and asked me to come inside. Once inside, she told me she only had half ready to would be making a fresh batch of wings Good service despite being busy and what appeared to be short staffed. Except service provided!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
