I came with my family after church had to use the bathroom I wanted to wash my hands before I placed my order & as soon as I walk in. I had a black guy across the counter laugh at me and ask me WHAT ARE YOU ORDERING?? Didn’t greet me nor my family didn’t say welcome to KFC. I told him I was going to wash my hands to give me a sec and got mad that I used the bathroom before ordering. He was wearing a hoodie starting taking negative to his co-workers about me & my family. This happened Around 2pm I was very disappointed that I didn’t even order. It’s like they were bothered that we came in. He’s was very unprofessional and rude. KFC needs to do better with the hiring process that was very unprofessional and that guy should be Terminated. Is a bad look and looking into the reviews. I’m not the only one complaining about him. Check your cameras. It happened like from 1:30pm 2pm Do your research don’t come here guys. I don’t recommend. Meal type: Lunch Service: 1
