“Absolutely amazing experience at KFC! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure our order was correct. The restaurant was clean, organized, and the service was surprisingly fast even during a busy time. I also loved the mashed potatoes and biscuits — they were delicious. This location definitely exceeded my expectations, and I will absolutely be coming back again with my family. This is an older KFC the service here is always terrible and most of the time the people behind the counter can't even communicate with you. This is the third time in a row that I have been here and they don't have the sauce that comes with the meal and they just pass it off like it's not a big deal they won't even tell you there's no sauce in your bag. And then when you try to ask for it the employees is hide behind the racks. Wouldn't be a big deal if it was just that but it's the dirty building the nasty atmosphere the avoidant employees behind the counter. Why the heck am I paying $15 for one meal for this kind of quality? Probably won't be back at this location the one across town is a little better emphasis on little. I think the service industry in general is just a waste of time now. Stop charging so much for food and if you are going to charge that much at least pay your employees better so they treat me nicer when I'm in there! Requested a refund as the chicken was not fully cooked, the manager i presume askes if we would want a fresh batch that came out and we accepted. My question is why would this not be the standard prior to ordering the food. They also had hand written signs saying they were out of Pepsi and Dr. Pepper. This is not professional. The only good thing was the restaurant sitting area was clean. The employee ( grey shirt) was very kind and nice but our experience on the food quality was not good. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
