I was very disappointed with my experience. I usually eat at KFC and expect the chicken to be fresh, but the food I received tasted like it had been sitting for a long time and was simply reheated. The chicken was not crispy at all, and when I broke it apart, it looked old rather than fresh. The texture and taste were unpleasant, almost like plastic. The fries were also poor quality and did not taste fresh. I would rather wait 10–20 extra minutes for freshly prepared food than receive food that seems old and reheated. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it based on the quality of the food I received.

Placed a pick up order, said it would be ready at 5:09 pm, when I go inside to pick up (they wouldn’t give the order through drive thru) they said it would be OVER AN HOUR WAIT!! I can’t cancel the order because the restaurant decided to put it in as “ready” so I had to call the kfc service line, and now have to wait for another call just to get my money back. I will have to dispute this with my bank as well. If you’re that backed up, how about we turn off our online order system and shut down lobby I understand this isn’t on the workers, it’s on the Manager and District manager for letting this store run like this. I went to Popeyes instead and got my order in 10 mins after an hour of still not even starting the order from KFC. Go elsewhere I beg you Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ate the 3 piece chicken tenders at 1:30 and threw it up by 3:00. Food poisoning I'm sure. I haven't eaten at a KFC for many years and never will again Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4
