I mean, I get you’re miserable working at a kfc but if you’re gonna be in customer service, maybe don’t be rude?.. I had a pretty disappointing experience at this location. The service felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive from “Lisa” (pretty sure she gave me a fake name) I wasn’t expecting anything special, just basic courtesy, but the interaction came off unprofessional and left a bad impression. I hope this can be addressed because customer service really makes or breaks a visit. I’m leaving this feedback in hopes it improves for future customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible experience. We ordered 2 hours before their close. We ordered a meal and a bucket, via the drive through available at this location We contacted their mobile call service and the first time we called there was no response. The secondary time we reached out, they excused their mistake by stating "We ran out of legs". There was no explanation before they handed our order to us, or any acknowledgement to their lack of supply in chicken legs. To say we're displeased is an understatement. We're completely outraged by this abomination of a dining experience. After they attempted to reason with us that they were lacking legs, and hadn't told us until we reached out through their line, we were utterly disgusted and critiqued them to please notify their customers before they hadn't out orders that **are not correct** or **matching the receipt's order.** I wouldn't recommend this location if you want to get Kentucky Fried Chicken. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service, waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. No one else in line. The girl who works there told us to go some where else. Will not be back to this one. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
