If I could give this location 0 stars I would. My daughter really wanted kfc. The wait was terrible I was in line for over 20 mins. They didn’t get my order right, then when it was time for me to pull up. I had to wait an additional almost 5 to 7 minutes. They tried to give me small sides although I know I paid for large sides. My biscuits was missing. So I had to wait again. Then I get home and the chicken was not done. Terrible Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered Three thighs, a biscuit, and mac & cheese via DoorDash. What I received was three legs and a wing, no biscuit, mac & cheese, and mashed potatoes. The order was almost 100% wrong. On top of that, I tried to eat the legs that I was given but there was absolutely zero seasoning on the chicken. Usually the skin is my favorite part of KFC chicken but it was completely lacking in flavor and the chicken itself was dry as heck. Highly recommend not ordering from this place. Staff unresponsive and not knowledgeable of deals. Manager is verbally aggressive and also un knowledgeable. I upgraded my combo. And staff gave me a medium cup. When Mgr. Notified she stated I only get an extra side. Um ma'am. Your sign say upgrade drink to large. Now what im not going to do is argue. Evidence is here. Maybe corporate need to re-educate or demote this Manager. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
