Honestly, I’m gonna be honest with you guys one time I went to school field trip and I ordered KFC and the Mall branch Walla. I thought it was the same KFC of all of Doha but it’s the worst one. I ordered two hours ago and it still didn’t come I was in the school bus and it still didn’t even arrive. I went to the school starving and I literally came home so hungry. The service was so bad. I paid like 50 or 60 riyals and she didn’t even give me any receipt she was a rude African black lady kinda also very rude. African lady she almost yelled at me. And she looks like she kind of wanna really hits me very rude KFC branch I would say close down this stupid restaurant in Tower Mall it’s not worth going to there. Trust me very bad service very bad food and the people that got their food said it’s very cold and bad chicken looks like the head wasn’t being cut. I thought I almost found the eye there and my friend’s bucket. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered KFC at 12:00 AM and clearly mentioned that I wanted crispy chicken. The order was delivered around 12:30 AM, but the chicken was not crispy at all. I called customer care, and they raised a complaint and told me they would replace it within 15 minutes. After waiting with no response, I called the shop directly, and they checked the system and told me the complaint was registered as “undercooked chicken” instead of “not crispy chicken.” Then I had to call customer care again and raise another complaint. Anyway, I finally received my crispy chicken at 2:00 AM — almost 2 hours after placing the order. Very disappointing service and poor complaint handling. Thank you KFC Service: 1
