Very disappointing experience at KFC Salwa. The customer service was extremely poor and the waiting time was unreasonably long. Staff were unprofessional and showed no concern for customers, which made the whole visit unpleasant. This is not the standard I expect from a brand like KFC. Definitely needs better management and staff training.
