So much for the customer been right.
after a further 15 minutes of watching staff struggle and Yvonne just stood by the door and further disagreement with cars refusing to move till there order was produced my order was given to me with 2 corns missing and undercooked along with other items missing. Further discussion with young staff member who quickly arrange the order. Thank you.
Then some nice parting words to Yvonne as pointed out the if she is the manager why are you stood at the door when a staff member could undertake that task and arrange the staff to cope with orders and ensuring customer satisfaction to which i got the reply am doing my job. ( sorry to burst your bubble Yvonne but you are not doing your Job not at all surprised KFC Think you are up to task)
To which she asked me to leave the shop feel sorry for your staff deserve better.
