The truth is that you will really like good fried chicken, potato wedges and fried cheese. Guests don't like biscuits at this fast food. KFC is good for visitors who have dinner in a hurry as they can order food as a takeout. The staff is said to be competent here. Service at this place is something one can name fast. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is spectacular. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

My gift card did not work, yet when I checked online, there was a balance. Heard inappropriate language in the kitchen to the chagrin of the lady taking my order. Since my card wouldn't work there, I left without an order. Will try a different KFC in Dothan.

The floor was wet and the staff was unwelcoming. The restaurant didn't have A/C. I left. I work too hard for my money and your staff deserves better! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

This KFC is suppose to open at 10:00 am.drove up at 11:50 and doors locked!!! Someone had to beat on door for someone to openwhen I couldn’t get in I went to drive thru.sat for 10 mins finally gave up and went inside.waited another 10 mins to get service! Ordered a 12 piece bucket of mixed chickenwaited another 10 mins.to get told I would be getting all dark meat.so 45 mins later I walk out with not what I ordered but hey, I got a complementary glass of sweet tea That tasted like crap!!!! I know why I don’t come to this KFC!!!!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
