Never going back to this KFC not only did the girl seem impatient while we were ordering but when we get home our famous bowls barley had any food in them then the chicken was red and not cooked right when I complained and wanted to talk to the manager he was very rude I asked for his name and he was like Hugo H U G O he spelled it to be more rude never going back there again!!! It’s way over priced anyways Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Arrived 8:50pm. Doors locked. Walked to window, saw 3 kids in the back just standing there. Knocked and asked if they were closed, she just mudder under her voice but never answered. Went to order and she said all they had was a chicken sandwich and a pot pie. Traveling is hard especially when you arrive late but not BEFORE closing time. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went through the drive thru and should've checked my order at the window, because when I got home I only had one piece of chicken in the two piece dark I ordered, and IT was a breast that absolutely nobody wants. I contacted customer service 3 days ago but it's been nothing but crickets from them. Update: It's now been two weeks without a response from KFC. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. My advice is go to a local establishment to spend your money, because KFC sure as heck doesn't care about your concerns. 2nd Update: My wife wanted KFC so I went there again, and yep, when I got home my order was incomplete, AGAIN. This location's service is TERRIBLE. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
