I drove 18 minutes to get here for the $4.20 chicken pot pie and drink special. Drive thru waited 4 cars ahead. Finally one car at the speaker. They sit there, and sit there for 10 minutes! Meanwhile two different employees have walked outside taking out the trash then walked back in. I try calling their number it shows busy then hangs up. Tried several times, can’t get anyone. There’s no car behind me. I finally pull around the car in front of me. No one’s at the window. Laid on the horn several times. Finally a young guy walks over and I asked are you open? He says yes. IT’s now 8:55pm on a Monday night. They close at 11pm! I asked if he could take my order he says, “I guess”. Then an older employee comes by and says she told me they’re on hold, hatefully. I said the other car has been sitting there for 10 minutes! She says, “I know”. I asked if they had the Chicken pot pie special today. She said, “no”. I said it’s advertised today for $4.20 with a drink. She still says they don’t have it. And she refused to take any orders because they’re backed up. My gosh. Yeah, won’t come here again. I pulled over and did this review. Drove back by and there was still a car sitting at the drive through. I called them again still busy. Thought I would go to Hardee’s. They’re closed. Was on empty so had to get gas. Headed home and about a quarter mile there was a horrific accident. Two firetrucks, several police cars, a car in the ditch several people standing on a huge grassy bank. As I was driving home decided to go to Raising Cane in Chapel Hill off Franklin. Had to park behind in a lot. Got my chicken order to go. By the time I got home, it was 10pm. Next year, I won’t be driving at dark on 4/20. Haha Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Terrible customer service that will leave you standing there for 5-10 minutes without anyone saying anything to you to take your order. If they drop an empty bucket, they will still use it for your food. Bad attitude and simply the wrong KFC for me. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was not KFC standard. Never tasted the eleven herbs and spices. The wait was long even with no other customers. There was a disagreement between employees on how to provide customers food once prepared. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian options: Plenty of varieties Dietary restrictions: None.
