I had a great experience at KFC in Edmonton City Centre. The food was delicious and served fresh the chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy, and flavorful. The sides were equally satisfying and complemented the meal well. The service was outstanding both young boy and lady they were polite, attentive, and handled orders efficiently even during busy hours. I really appreciated their friendly attitude and willingness to help.The restaurant itself was clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Overall, a very enjoyable visit with excellent food and top-notch service. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Quite disappointing for charging me breast part and giving me a smaller part of the chicken. This mainly throw me off, as I paid for additional charge. Usually the upsize is the bigger than the regular chicken (no charge). The cashier in front just throwing the napkins into the tray, instead of placing it to the tray. I feel like my food was not handled with care. I can tell with the chicken as well that they are using an old stock of oil. Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
