The past few times I been to the elkview KFC I have been highly disappointed. First time, I placed my order, got all the way home to realize that the chocolate chip cake was missing. My bad for not checking the bag. I filed a complaint, got a refund for it and coupon. This past time I ordered the “Boneless bucket for one” but I’m not sure what I got. The food looked and tasted like it had been made earlier in the day. First off, it’s supposed to come with 3 piece chicken tenders, 5 chicken nuggets and fries along with a drink and dipping sauce. They did not have the drink I ordered so they substitute that, which is fine. I made it home with my food to realize that the 3 chicken tenders were not with the order. They did not give me ANY of the sauces I ordered and just threw in random sauces. But hey, least I got my chocolate chip cake this time. I filled a complaint again I got a partial refund with absolutely no coupons, seems like a slap in the face. Which granted I’m not worried about a coupon since I won’t be back but KFC corporate you can do better than that A partial refund? Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2

This place takes forever to get anything done. We waited over an hour for an online order pick up that said that it would be done twenty minutes after we placed the order. There was maybe 3 cars in the lot with us. Nothing ever happens quickly at the establishment. Save your money and your time for somewhere that will actually do the order. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

They are SLOW....but a pleasant group of people work here. The chicken I just purchased was a bit on the dry side this time. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
