So I ordered like 6 biscuit yesterday and I only got two the rest were bums I honestly love your biscuit and I understand you guys probably ran out but idk why nobody call to see if I wanted something else instead of the bum bread or a refund on that I did not eat them because i don’t like this type of bread I also was wondering about their fries idk if that the amount they are supposed to give for each large fries but they weren’t even full and I believe that if am paying for a large fries I should be getting my exact amount of fries the fries were like a midium size but in a large container so I will like a refund back for my biscuits not fries because I understand it could be that’s how much they put on the large fries I just want to know if the fries should come full or not, so I know next time, I also try to call their phone number and it doesn’t even ring so please if someone can get in touch with me Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 2

A bit dirty but no trash on the floor, they don’t take out the trash very often so it overflows. Food was good, employees chat a lot though Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Absolutely unacceptable experience at KFC on San Pablo in Emeryville. The staff attempted to upcharge without explanation, refused to provide an itemized receipt, and somehow managed to add an extra charge just to get the total over a certain amount. When I questioned it, I was met with attitude instead of accountability. If a business is charging customers correctly, there should never be an issue providing a receipt. Refusing to do so immediately raises concerns about transparency and honesty. Fast food prices are already high enough without employees playing games with the register and hoping customers won’t notice an extra couple of dollars added on. This location seriously needs management oversight, better customer service training, and an audit of their register practices. Customers deserve clear pricing, accurate totals, and proof of what they paid for. I will not be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1
