Shoutout to Peyton at KFC she was so polite in the Drive-thru and very welcoming and even offered me to try the new lemonade which was soo good Her positive attitude and excitement was a great experience. The service was absolutely amazing and very fast. I got my food in no time; thank you Peyton Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered 2 orders of deep fried pickles and Famous bowls from KFC through KFC’s own website for pickup. The pickup itself was easy — I walked in, grabbed the bag, and left without any issues. Once I got to my car, I realized both orders of pickles were missing. I went back inside, and the employees acknowledged they never put them in the bag. Despite admitting the mistake, they refused to refund me and instead blamed me for ordering through their website. I was told to contact a third-party company for a refund, even though I ordered directly from KFC.com. Mistakes happen, but refusing to correct an order after admitting the items were never given to the customer or even available is unacceptable. Very disappointing customer service. One of the workers were really rude, I believe their name was Payton. I seen her spit in my food and then proceeded to be rude to me and my family. She does not have good customer service or anything. I will not be coming back. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
