Nasty food, nasty workers, pre ordered and was still almost an hour late to come out. And, they didn’t even have what I ordered online. Would leave 0/5 if I could. Some more professionalism from the staff would be nice also. They reeked of pot, and only one person out of 5 was working at any given moment. The rest were having loud conversations about other people, or medical appointments, really anything but work. Overall this experience was the last straw for me, I’m never eating KFC again. This isn’t the only one I’ve tried in the Syracuse area either. Just disappointing for the insane amount of money they charge. Apparently “ crispy “ means wet and soggy and barely luke warm. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
