I went to the counter to order an 8 piece, extra crispy bucket (on the menu, with no disclaimer). I was told by the woman working the counter that I could not order that as a walk-in, I had to call ahead for that. She also would not let me get all 8 pieces extra crispy - she made me get 4 pieces original recipe instead, even though there were 20+ pieces of extra crispy left after she took out my 4. Horrible customer service - I hate being lied to!

I went there 15 mins prior to closing..was a little leery based on prior comments but wanted to try 5 dollar meal deals... Order taker was a little short- but it was close to closing..but was very pleasant when I got to window..(maybe diff person) ,,There were 3 of us so I ordered 3 meals..they came out perfect. I was very happy.

This is by far the worst place in the whole area! I use to love this place. I'm done...How can a chicken place be out of chicken every time I go there? I went there at 1pm in the afternoon and ordered a chicken sandwich and they tell me they don't have any chicken, really and it's not the first time. Maybe that's why there is no one ever at the place!!! Done with KFC!!!! Its to bad
