I placed my order and payed for it and they asked me to pull around front and I sat there waiting for almost and hour before they brought out an order that wasn’t mine and I watched them hand my order to another gentleman that pulled in after me. I went inside and asked to speak with a manager and was waiting when another employee came up and snatched the food and receipt and then the manager came up to the front and was getting it correct and mentioned to through in a free chocolate cake or something along those lines so I sat in the dining room waiting for my food and the same gal that gave my order to someone else, snatched my food from the counter before I got to talk to a manager, proceeded to walk past me in the dining room and walk to my car and after this time I received the proper order but did not receive this mentioned chocolate cake or any of the sauces that I ordered. This place has really gone down hill and have lost my service I will drive to fernley if I ever want KFC again. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
