The gave me the wrong order. I checked the order when I arrived home. I'm about 41/2 miles away. The quality of drive thru these days with today's generations is very sad. All workers were on their phones. This world is upside down and going to hell. The world is lost. What happened to old fashioned service? The colonel would be upset Price per person: $10–20

I went to pick up an order, and a female employee told me to come back in 10 minutes. I returned after about 9 minutes, but she rudely told me to leave and come back again because it hadn't been exactly 10 minutes. Her attitude was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. She showed no courtesy or basic customer service. A one-minute difference did not justify the way she treated me.please don’t go there

I love KFC but I never waited this long for food I did a online order once I got there my order wasn't ready they couldn't find my order I had to wait 15 more minutes for the nuggets the workers did seem to care for how long they were taking. Poor customer services also the young lady who was the manager or lead was very rude keep on giving me ugly look very unprofessional talked to much to the employee they took long time to give me my order. Very bad experience. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
