KFC in Fort Smith, got the Wednesdays special long wait in the drive through, confusion at window spanish girl employee asked if this was my order holding the bag I said yes, she then turned around, took it to a car waiting outside for a drink, then came back and handed it to me. When I said I said that was my order she slammed the window. Didn't even acknowledge me made for a very unpleasant experience. After a long drive across town to get there in rain. These kids have no customer service today! And look at the sign that's right by the window!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

I was the only one sitting in the dining room g area, a guy walked in and had a conversation with an employee. They were a little loud and didn’t spare the profanity. I won’t be back there. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Little blonde girl has major attitude for no reason. Mt dew and fries tasted like someone peed on/in them!! Have I tasted pee? No. But I have smelt it, and that’s what they tasted like. Quit having people pull up to wait for their food. The people behind them can wait their turn. Will not ever return to this place. Ew.
