I bought it as a takeout and ate it about 10 minutes later, but the chicken was already lukewarm and the meat was dry and hard, with almost no juiciness. There were no towels or paper napkins included. I understand that they can't serve freshly fried food every time, but I think it's disrespectful to the customers to serve something that has tasted so bad.
